3. Order Confirmation and Acceptance / অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
- Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons (e.g., stock unavailability or technical issues).
- স্টক না থাকা বা টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রসেস করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS. The order is only considered accepted once it is verified by our team.
- অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে কল বা SMS এর মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করবেন। আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভেরিফিকেশনের পরই অর্ডারটি চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
4. Shipping and Delivery / শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
- ডেলিভারির সময় একটি সম্ভাব্য ধারণা মাত্র। কুরিয়ার সমস্যা, আবহাওয়া বা সরকারি ছুটির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers may need to pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm the order.
- ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হতে পারে।
5. Return and Refund Policy / রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি
- Customers must check the product in front of the delivery man.
- গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিতে হবে।
- An Unboxing Video (without any cuts) is mandatory to claim any warranty or replacement for damaged or wrong products.
- ড্যামেজ বা ভুল প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ক্লেইম করতে হলে অবশ্যই একটি স্পষ্ট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও থাকতে হবে।
